New Zealand is where I first learnt to slow down and pay attention. Much of this work was made close to home, walking familiar beaches, waiting for changing light, and photographing the quiet moments between the obvious ones. Rather than documenting landmarks, these photographs explore the feeling of the places I return to again and again.
