Portugal - Shared Sunsets

Some places stay with you because of where they are. Others because of who you met there.

Portugal became less about the coastline and more about the conversations after surfing, shared meals, quiet evenings, and the people who made a week feel much longer. These photographs aren’t a record of the best waves; they’re fragments of the moments in between.

The Atlantic always felt bigger than the map suggested.

Eventually, the sunset became an excuse to stay a little longer.

Time wasn’t what made it familiar

We all found different ways to remember it

Some evenings asked nothing of us.

The week ended. The feeling didn’t.
